Presidential Place offers you flexibility and control over your budget with no large up-front fees. The community has a one-time community fee of $3,000 to move-in. The monthly fee for assisted living starts at $4,070 (with four care levels starting at $675), and memory care is all-inclusive and starts at $4,665
